Dog with NO EYES abandoned on the side of the road! PLEASE HELP HER!!!

As soon as I received a message with the text above, I got into the #HopeForPaws rescue vehicle and drove up north.

Your gift helps dogs like Dahlia receive a second chance 💝

A one-hundred-pound nervous dog that can't see you may overcompensate and react in a dangerous way.

Dahlia was so nervous, so I worried about that (especially because I was alone there), and I was also worried about the possibility of her running into traffic or disappearing in the orchards.

I had to work quickly and quietly so she wouldn't get scared and leave the area. I used soccer nets, my plastic fences, and the Hope For Paws rescue vehicle to build a large trap for her. The plan worked ALMOST perfectly! 😄

I didn't bring the metal trap into the enclosure because I feared that the noise would scare her, so that turned out to be a problem. I don't want to give the whole story away - it's best to watch the video and see what happened. The ending was MUCH BETTER than I expected going into this rescue! ❤️

It is only thanks to our supporters that we can complete rescues like this. I don't think there is anything in this world you can buy for $5 that will give you more joy than knowing you were a part of something like this - look how happy she is by the end of this video. 🥰🥰🥰

If you can, please join the Hope For Paws team with a life-saving donation.

We recently partnered with Maison Sûre (Safe House in French), and they are amazing! They notified me about Dahlia, and in the past few weeks, we have saved the lives of a few animals who wouldn't have survived without our collaboration.

As soon as Dahlia was medically cleared at CARES, they found her an amazing foster home where she made many new friends. Her eyes healed so beautifully, and she is now READY for her loving forever home. Will you please share her story with your friends?

If you're ready to adopt the sweetest Cane Corso, please fill out an adoption application for Dahlia. ⬅️

Thank you so much!!!
